【原料】材料:1鸡胸肉200克,木耳丝50克,香菇丝50克,金针菇60克,洋葱丝30克,蒜末10克,米2杯,高汤2杯.3.红辣椒适量,姜丝适量,香菜适量调味料:1酱油1大勺,糖1小勺,胡椒粉1/2小勺,水1/4杯2.淀粉2大勺
【制作过程】1.将所有材料洗净切好备用,鸡胸肉切成条状,米也洗净沥干水分.2.起油锅,加入3大勺色拉油,将蒜末爆香,再加入米,用小火慢炒约15分钟.3.在瓦煲中加入高汤2杯煮开,再倒入炒过的米粒,用小火煮至水干,再焖约5分钟至米粒熟透.4.另起油锅,加入1大勺色拉油,炒香所有材料,加入调料1煮开,最后用淀粉水勾芡,即可淋在瓦煲饭中,上面撒上材料2即可.
